Existing Condition/ Mission
The building is situated at 40 West 23rd Street. Our mission is to establish a welcoming public space that will seamlessly link the 5th and 6th floors and eventually lead people out onto the terrace. The staircase connecting the 5th and 6th floors is envisioned as a striking sculptural element that will distinctly stand out from the building's facade.
